Inspired by “Paradise Lost” ; Paradise Lux is a hotel lobby. It is an oasis, designed to marry both parametric architectural elements with nature. The color palette reflects this, with plants tactfully placed around the parameter. The black walnut columns suggest trunks of trees, while the dark olive area rug alludes to grass. The center functions as the primary reception area, with check-in to the left. The left and right “cove” areas behind the pillars serve as a place of comfort, for casual work, leisure, and conversation.
